Hi!
I continue to explore space for today’s poster design, as I did with “Galileo Galilei” poster number 7.
About The Poster Design #9

After an 8-hour restful sleep, I started Poster Design number 9 on January 9th, 2019.
I wanted to distort, deform as if Apollo’s head passed between a Glass Hole. Who knows how it happens? Indeed, we can only suggest it based on astronomy’s theories.
I took this as accurate and started experimenting with some tools and effects on Apollo’s head until I reached satisfaction. Firstly, I needed a round shape with a gradient inside. That was after selecting my colors. Then, I tried to use the mesh tool and deal with it momentarily. This tool can quickly become complex, and changing anchor points is painful, especially if you have a lot of them.
Secondly, I found a nifty tool named the “twirl tool.” I noticed it also functions with images and allows me to easily twirl Appolo’s head and the Glass hole (round shape). I also tried several visual effects in Photoshop to experiment with some options.

This video was terrible to upload on YouTube! It took forever and was the last thing I had to do before bed. But I had nothing to do. I finally uploaded the video one day later.
I hope you will like me working!
See you tomorrow for the Poster Design number 10.
