Apollo 8 Unknown Poster

For today’s poster I let my mind go everywhere I wanted to.
I inspire myself about “Sunday Winter Morning” who is the poster number 6 and its shapes.

About The Poster Art #8

Last night I grabbed off a few hours of sleep after 1:00am. I was very heavy eyed when I woke up at 7:30am to say nothing of. All of that only because a long upload on youtube coupled to a bad wifi. Whatever, the number 8 is titled “Unknown Poster” without any reason. Do I need one?

I loved the oblique shapes I made on the Poster #6 and I wanted explore them deeper with Illustrator.
I had two long hours of work in getting to this point. That’s too much! But the result is worth it. I’m happy with the poster.

I used many elements such as paper icons, anchor and clock that I mixed with geometric forms and typography. Of course I didn’t break my rule: make use of Apollo’s picture. I duplicated him several times into the composition for create a kind of glitch effect and its multiple apparitions create a vibrant global composition.
