Weather Passing — Day 280

I made Weather Passing as a digital study for a painting on canvas, wondering how much colour could be veiled without losing its presence. Cream and grey spread across the composition, leaving a dark blue and black passage on the right and warmer traces below. These colours feel like fragments of a view returning through mist. I want to carry that movement between concealment and emergence into the physical painting.
