One Hundred Poster #100

Today is a special day about Apollo 365° A Poster A Day Design Challenge! I made the poster #100. Yes, same me, I cannot believe I designed One Hundred Posters.
As a topic for today, I decided to use no less than one hundred elements​ on the poster. And believe​ me, It was a bit tough and long process.

The design

As a starting point, I add Apollo’s Picture, some text such as Apollo, 365… After that,​ I add 25 times Apollo’s hands which makes 100 fingers and arrange them on the canvas. Later, I add geometric shapes like rectangle, circle, arrow, triangle… I also add Apollo’s Skull and three flowers because the poster was missing some colors and an organic feeling.

As Previously stated, on this poster​, the goal was to use 100 elements whatever they are. So, the design consisted on arrange them on the layout and create something consistant without feel too much. That was the difficulty and to avoid it, I imagine a way between the elements from the top left and then, the path follows a S shape which brings the eye to the bottom right of the poster. That’s all!
