Poster #105 is a 3D creation made with Blender and Photoshop!
The design
I created a photography studio in Blender with a background and three lamps: one on top and two on the side. I set the lamps on the side with orange and blue light colors. The light from the top is white. I unsuccessfully tried to apply an image texture to Apollo’s Statue. I let it fall because my creation time was short, and it was already late when I started the design. Also, the node of the statue’s material was already made and looks fine.
After waiting for the render, I prepared my file and sent it to her in Photoshop. I clipped the statue’s outline — for no real reason —and went to play with the RVB channels option. I selected under the red channel and copied, pasted, and changed its position. I was experimenting and discovering what new I could produce with the channels. There are many options I am thinking about now, but it will be for the next time.
Later, I added text and lines with different thicknesses. Done!
Speed Art Poster #105
I didn’t film my screen while creating the background and photo studio. Don’t ask why there is no reason!
Then you can watch me trying some things in Blender and then with Photoshop.
