Here we are with poster design #87. It is a creative black, yellow, and white poster made with Apollo’s statue that I cut into circles.
The design
Yesterday, I made some sketches to generate ideas for the posters. One idea was to cut Apollo’s head with circles and turn them in different ways. As you will notice in the video, this idea didn’t work well. I finally decided to use Apollo’s circles as pieces I arranged in a black rectangle.
After I played with elements inside the poster, such as typography and geometric shapes, the process was smooth, and things went relatively well.
