Weightless Figure 3 continues the exploration of the body as a fleeting presence rather than a fixed form. Built from fluid gestures and translucent marks, the figure emerges from a network of sweeping blue, orange, and grey lines that seem to drift across the surface. The composition balances structure and dissolution, allowing recognizable contours to appear briefly before dissolving back into abstraction.
The drawing suggests movement without destination, as if the figure exists in a suspended state between gravity and release. Layers of energetic brushstrokes create a sense of rhythm and flow, while the open space surrounding the form reinforces a feeling of lightness and impermanence. Through reduction and gesture, the work explores perception, presence, and the delicate boundary between representation and abstraction.
