I am encountering many problems with my VPN and connection to many websites. It makes my work harder and slows the everyday poster creation process. For example, connecting to Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest, and many other social accounts is impossible. My website is also almost impossible to access according to the blocks implemented because of some political events. Only one word: boring!
The Design
I make my posters every day. The problem is posting them on the Internet. The connectivity is changing from slow to very slow. Uploading or downloading something is a multiple obstacle course that has become impossible. And, of course, I have more work to do the day after.
In this poster, the trick was about the light coming from the organic shape because she seemed to go to the center of the composition. I created it with an opacity mask and a noise gradient of several tones of the same colors. I set it as a greyscale on a layer and copied and pasted it on the opacity mask. I apply this process to the Gaussian Blur from the shape I have previously made.
Speed Art Poster #268
As you will notice in the video, Photoshop quit, and I didn’t save the file. My hard disk unexpectedly disconnects , and Photoshop doesn’t want to work. So nice. So, I started the whole process again.
That is why the speed art video looks as if I made two posters.
