The real challenge in the creative industry is to say stop. Creatives love to spend time improving and thinking — heavily overthink — our creations. On the other hand, we must live our lives and pay the bills.
That said, I was well inspired by today’s Poster Design and its title, “Unlived Memories.” I started the project by cutting inside Apollo’s head. I duplicated the layer and cut it again inside its face, creating different shapes to add depth to my composition. I selected a warm color gradient from purple to yellow-orange to stroke some rectangles. I finished the design by playing with other geometric shapes and fragile, light purple lines.
Unlived Memories Poster Conception
These days, I will try to find time to improve the animation of my videos, not only because it deserves improvement but also because I haven’t changed it since the beginning of my Creative Challenge Apollo 365°.
