It’s another beautiful day to design a good poster, this one from a mini-series, which also comes from the self-imposed daily design challenge Apollo 365°.
The Design
If you have read my previous articles about this poster mini-series, you know the process I used for today’s design. The only goal is to find new ideas to implement this process into a new visual and grow it.
Yesterday, I curved Apollo’s “transition” effect from one side to another on the canvas. It’s like it goes out and returns on the other side, but its size has been reduced.
I also added a radial gradient to my background to add another dimension to my poster. I also made the bottom line thicker and the top line thinner to suggest depth and direct the viewer’s eyes around my focus points. I try to keep this mini-series of posters minimalist. I don’t want to add other artifacts, forms, or elements. They are like powder blasted in the eyes for nothing.
Speed Art Poster #256
I am happy now because I know it is the time to go to bed after a long day! This is where I can quickly get satisfied, and it is good.
Speed art video number 256 is online and ready to watch. Please take a look and leave a comment. I appreciate them very much!
It is time to say goodbye now. I see you tomorrow for poster number 257!
