Here we are for a new poster mini-series that I named “Transition.” I liked yesterday’s design, so I continued exploring this style.
The Design
I used the same process as yesterday to create Transition number 2. But if it wasn’t new, I successfully surprised myself when I extended a small part of Apollo’s eye. The result was bizarre. I was looking at these details some second, so I wasn’t expecting that, so the effect was lovely.
In case nobody noticed, I changed the design’s colors. I selected a dark and a light blue to see what happens. I tried some dark and light blue colors before finding a correct match, and then I started the design.
One of the goals of the poster mini-series is to push my idea further. You must understand that it becomes more difficult to find new stuff or arrangements for the elements after creating a similar poster with the same style. The mini-series is like a mini-challenge in the more significant challenge. At the first time, I am delighted to copy yesterday’s style because it takes less time, but after number 5 it is more complicated.
Speed Art Poster #253
I tried to take a free day off from work, and guess what? I can’t! It’s the same if I spend most of the day trying to find something I can do with an intense hurt on my elbow I didn’t see. So, I worked on my projects.
If you are curious about the Transition #2 poster process, the Speed Art Video #252 is available on YouTube. I am going to sleep! See you tomorrow for poster #254!
