To continue with abstract and experimental Poster Design, I blended many organic and colorful lines made with gradients together to generate a unique form. This form is inspired by space and vibration.
The Design
Space is one of my favorite topics because the possibilities are endless. Whatever you can imagine and create in your software will likely happen in space.
The Poster Transfusion takes inspiration from a poster I previously made with a similar style and topic: a strange and colorful vibration or echo in deep space. You may think, “Why do I give this poster the name Transfusion?” It is because of the gradients inside the organic lines, which pass from one color to another. The gradients pass from the right to the left of the line and from the bottom to the top.
I made and blended the line in Adobe Illustrator using the Blend Tool. I used four lines and blended them with a number above 200 lines, meaning more than a hundred lines are inside the form.
After finishing the form, I exported it in Photoshop to polish the colors. The goal was to give the form a unique effect and bring it to life. Then, I finished the poster by adding a line, dots, and typography. I also added shadows under them that I modified to fit the form.
Speed Art Poster #225
It is a sunny but cold day in Switzerland; I enjoy it because, in China, it is way warmer!
I have posted speed art video number 225 on my YouTube channel; I invite you to look at it. I also invite you to see poster number 226 tomorrow!
