About the Poster
I was contemplating the view of the skull from the bottom yesterday, and I was fascinated by its shapes and forms. The view looks special, and he doesn’t take the facial expression of angriness or sadness, usually shown by skull eyes; it has the looks of someone amazed.
I made this mini-series as revenge. I am starting to sell my designs in wall art, home decor, and other stuff (Society6 (I stopped; I don’t like this website anymore). So, the problem is the copyright of the first images I bought of Apollo, the skull included. I paid for them but didn’t pay for the extended license, so I can’t use them to sell.
That’s one of the reasons I bought 3D models. I wanted to generate high-res images that I could use freely and as much as I wanted.
I also simply like skull shapes, which are a way to fulfill my curiosity.
Today, I expressed myself with a minimalist poster design with an iridescent gradient proposed by Photoshop and the title “The Black Skull.” I added a shining sun on the top of the skull and a circle stroke on the bottom between the jaws. These mysterious elements are not explained clearly because their only purpose is aesthetics.
Poster speed art
As always, I recorded myself while working on the poster. The speed art poster video is available to watch on YouTube. Don’t forget to subscribe if you like it!
Come back tomorrow for poster #427. Have a nice day!

The Grey Room’s (YouTube) song “Dark Cloak” perfectly fits the style of the poster series I have made recently.
