The poster #116 is an abstraction made with an extended part of a small part of Apollo’s Picture.
The design
It is by doing that you can discover yourself and be creative. That’s an excellent way to bring ideas to your mind. It’s what I did today to create this unexpected and weird visual. At a point in my process, I duplicated a small part of Apollo’s picture and extended it. It generates long lines, and I applied Wave Filter to that picture. Later, I create geometric forms that I fill with a colorful gradient and use in the text. I arrange the whole element together until it visually works.
Speed Art Poster #116
It was another long day with a short time to design a poster for this side project, Apollo 365°. The poster deserves more exploration; I am conscious I made it fast.
