Static Geometry 4

by Severino Canepa | Jun 3, 2026

Static Geometry 4 continues my exploration of structure, balance, and visual rhythm through abstract geometric forms. Built from simple shapes and deliberate contrasts, this piece investigates how order emerges from repetition, alignment, and spatial relationships.

Rather than depicting a specific subject, the artwork focuses on the dialogue between positive and negative space, allowing the viewer to navigate a landscape of angles, intersections, and visual tension. The composition embraces restraint while inviting contemplation, revealing subtle variations and connections within its structured framework.

Created as part of my daily creative practice, this work reflects an ongoing investigation into geometry as a language of form, perception, and visual thought.
