Root Poster #91

The first April​ wasn’t my better day. I got a lack of inspiration to create the Poster #91. In addition,​ I had a ​hard time to come up with something that I can show you without being ashamed.

The design

I started by creating​ different huge geometric shapes on the poster and add noise texture above them. I add a pink line on the top and try some typographic effect around​. It didn’t work well and I wasn’t satisfied with the result I got.

I dig deeper and start to use the Photoshop filter effect Liquify on Apollo’s Statue to generate a background with its image. It ends​ up to an abstract and interesting background which looks like the tree’s growth rings.

​As you notice if you follow the posters I made, I already used this layout before on two other posters because I love it!
