To be, or not to be?
That is the question! As you know, this is the most known sentence of William Shakespeare and I decided to use his words to push the poetic aspect of my poster design number 72 simply titled “Question”.
As a habit these days I start to design without making any sketches, idea, concept or even a thought. I begin and see what will happens. That’s bad! However, I am attempting some things such as find my ways of expression, in other words, my own style. But I feel that my style always change. The reason why is because every time I create a new poster, I do something different than the day before.
In spite of this messing schema, something is emerging from it. For example, I notice a kind of repetition with my poster’s designs. I have like a wheel of style and I turn around with it. Depend on the day, the mood…
The design
The design is simple. It doesn’t require a lot of Photoshop Skills. You just need a small dose of imagination and a little amount of clipping time in addition to finding good pictures to use. Like this little orange bird that I clipped some weeks ago for finally notice that there was a branch of a tree on its tail. Something I missed the first time.
Ideas are good and the composition between text and images work well. They resonate together.
The orange bird add a welcomed touch of colors that was missing.
