About the Poster
The random picture I had to deal with this morning didn’t inspire me so much at first glance.
As usual, I opened my recording software and Photoshop to motivate me with the hope of finding inspiration.
Inspiration comes fast when I know I am recording my screen. I have to do something. Fortunately, I didn’t have to push too hard to get ideas. I started by creating the mountain extension as a form with the pen tool. Then, I filled it with a bright gradient.
After that, I continued with some experimentation on the picture. I wanted to play with the Channels Options but finally, let it fall because I knew the look of the poster would be too uniform.
I created four pictures of the mountain by changing their tone to blue, red, yellow, and green. I cut inside them and placed them around the canvas until I noticed it was not where I wanted to go.
To finish the poster, I chose two fake 3D dimension types and played with them to find the right place. To embellish the poster, I added some thin rectangles and a circle with the same gradient used for the mountain.

Today’s random picture was shot in Slovenia, showing a remarkable landscape of mountains and clouds. The photographer is Rok Romih (Pexels). He also made some other landscape pictures that you have to watch!

It seems I am becoming a fan of the producer and performer Rachel K. Collier (YouTube) because I can’t stop using her song to create my speed art poster video. The lovely song I used is Ant Fire.
