I wake up at the right time, exercise, shower, have breakfast with my daughter and wife, and then let my two-year-old daughter watch YouTube videos because she misses her mommy. Crying to get something is one of her favorite shenanigans. I usually do not allow her, but her crying eyes and little head made me melt.
The Design
My brain worked faster than usual this morning because I exercised—I think so, but maybe it wasn’t for that reason. I was able to think differently, and you can notice it in the design. It is playful; you can also feel that I had a lot of fun designing it.
I added the same patterns made of lines with three different thicknesses here and here on the canvas. The effect is a real refreshment for the mini-series, like makeup on a beautiful lady. The line pattern adds dynamism to the composition, another “reading” level, and a new color.
As usual, it can be perfected in detail, but I am globally satisfied with the overall design of Objective number 18. I am in a hurry to design tomorrow’s poster.
Speed Art Poster #311
If you think it is impossible to design more than 300 posters, look at the three hundred posters I made to convince yourself otherwise.
The speed art video tutorial is available on YouTube. Please take a look and tell me your thoughts about the video; hit the thumbs up, and subscribe! It is an order!
I’ll see you tomorrow for the Objective 19 Poster! Have a nice day!
