Merry Christmas!
I celebrated Christmas this morning with my daughter. We went to a kid’s place until she had to pee. She partially peed on her pants—it was my fault; I took her in a bad way. I dried her pants, then went directly to the shop to buy some toys and a teddy to return home as soon as possible. We finally went back home to change her stuff.
The Design

The theme and the reason why for today’s poster are pretty obvious and don’t need any explanation.
I only used the colors of Christmas. I didn’t want to create something with the first idea that comes to everybody’s mind: snow.
I avoided every form with curves. I added many sharp shapes with a 45° angle, which are intricate inside Apollo’s statue. I stay quiet and conventional with typography. I tried something initially, but I noticed I didn’t want to take that direction with this poster.
I’m not too fond of the end of the year, so I stopped designing posters with the Picture of Apollo. There are only six posters to go before 2020. Isn’t it exciting?
