Playful and fun poster design titled Looking at Me

About the Poster

If I wake up later than usual these days, it is because of my little boy. He is not naughty; he sleeps during the day and sleeps a bit less during the night.

As a starting point for creating the poster, I used a photograph of a South American man wearing a hat and looking at us strangely and haughtily. I downloaded the picture on Pexels because it inspired me and was pleasant. There are no more reasons to select that picture.

These days, I have noticed that my aptitude for cutting out a picture is lacking. I will have to refine my skills as soon as possible!

If not, creating today’s poster went smoothly; ideas came to my mind quickly. The poster’s result is good, and I like it. The geometric forms melting with the background are acceptable, the title above and behind the model is playful, and the gradient I applied behind and upfront the model works well.

Do you want to see it slowly? Faster? Have more explanation about how and why I do this and that?

Patience is the calm hip-hop name of the song I used to create the speed art video. It was made by the musician Dyalla (Youtube).
