About the Poster
Today, I celebrate poster number four hundred. Yes, you read it the right way! Isn’t it amazing? I know other people are far away from this number. I don’t compare myself to others because we have too many differences!
I started to find the right font for the design I wanted to create. I knew what style I would create today because I wanted to deal with vectors. I am a fan of vector artwork. That made me remember that I used Photoshop to sharpen my skills and almost forgot that I love Illustrator. I also noticed that directing myself to the options translated into English is much more challenging.
After choosing a sportive and serif font, I expanded its strokes and generated a fake 3D in black by duplicating it and placing it at 45° down. I repeated that process on many other shapes, such as stars, crosses, rectangles…
I also used four different colorful gradients on shapes to add color touches here and here. To finish the poster, I created larger geometric forms on the sides of the canvas.
Poster speed art
Today’s speed art video is longer than usual because I spent more time creating the poster.
Please take a look and tell me what you think about that design! Have a nice day, and thank you for the support!

I chose Robot City, produced by Quincas Moreira (YouTube), as the Speed Art video #400 song. Take a look at his channel—it has interesting stuff!
