To realize poster #75, I tried to explore 3D options in Photoshop for the first time. Only two seconds were enough to understand that it would take me longer than I had to control the options. I had to make the poster as fast as possible. So, I decided to go to Illustrator because I knew the software better about 3D, and yes, it was the easier way to do it. Now, I realize I should learn 3D in Photoshop and what is possible from the software.
The design of Fantasy Poster
I choose simplicity and bright colors to create this playful and fresh poster. Apollo’s head proudly stands and watches the future on a kind of estrade made of three colored stairs that elevate him. These stairs add dimension to the composition and a vanishing point that pushes your look in many ways.
Three tubes leave Apollo’s head on both sides; there is no reason to add them. They don’t have any meaning; they are only there for fun.
