Delicate Failure 2 — Day 269
A trail of ochre, coral, and burgundy gestures crosses the upper part of Delicate Failure 2, then loosens into wandering lines. Below, blue and grey marks gather more densely, suggesting the edges of something still taking shape. Between them, a broad white space remains open. I like how the scattered gestures almost form an enclosure, with gaps that let the eye wander in and out. Their fragile connections give that quiet centre a presence of its own, as though the painting were gathering around something it could sense but never quite hold.
