About the Poster
I am trying to speed up the process in Illustrator CC, but it is nearly impossible. If you have an idea, please get in touch with me! I need some help!
As usual, I created a compound grid, with several grids realized with the Rectangular Grid Tool and one with the Polar Grid Tool.
Once I made the grid and was happy with it, I started to select areas inside and remove the anchor point. After I realized the shapes, I took the Live Paint Bucket Tool and colored the areas I wanted. I copied-paste the shape four times and turned each to an additional angle 45°.
I imported the shape into Photoshop. Things are going better for my motivation now—the vector process takes too much time. I used Photoshop filters for the shapes, such as Pixelate, Gaussian Blur, and Motion Blur. I also added vectors between the shapes in Photoshop. To learn more about the process, look at the video below.

Another time, I accelerated the “Illustrator” part of the process. I spent more than one hour only on that.
Come back tomorrow to discover Atomic Geometry number 7!
Have a nice day!

The song I used to create today’s video is “Right Here Beside You,” and Spence made it.
