About the Design

I am following the minimalist design I made yesterday based on an abtract photograph. I appreciated to create it, I liked the result as well, and I am interesting about creating more posters with this style. I also made a full use of the white space all around the composition, and play with the tracking of a monospaced font.

There is no real reason to use a monospaced font except that I like them and I feel it is right for that kind of poster. Today, I used grunge brushes over the picture and the font to bring a touch of dirt to the poster. I wanted a design which look less digital.

Speed Art Video

I mess so bad with the recording app this morning! I hit the wrong button, the one which cancels the record and deletes the file. It means you won’t enjoy the twenty-first minutes of the design process today, but only the last twenty minutes.

You still can watch the end of the process. I see you tomorrow to discover poster number 488! Take care of yourself!

Bright Eyed Blues is the song I used today to create the speed art video tutorial of the poster Instant Jewelry. A nice song made by
