I struggled to accept that I lost 3TB of files and pictures… but I did it! I take it as a new start and an opportunity to surpass my ancient designs.
It is the end of the year, and I am successfully finishing my daily challenge of creating a daily poster for a year. I will close it very soon.
The question is, what will I do for the year 2020? I was talking about making an animation a day. Unfortunately, I am not good enough now to realize that challenge. You will probably see my YouTube channel with some motion designs.
The Design
I started today’s Poster by creating a gradient background from blue-purple to red-purple. Then, I cut Apollo’s head in two parts, added a rectangle to separate them, and added an adjustment layer to change the purple colors to a bright and vivid green.
I added typography and the poster’s title and played around with them. I placed other geometric forms and all my elements in many different ways until I found a better place for each. I tried to find a better contrast between each component and a good interaction between them.
Speed Art Poster #355
My hard disk broke, so I lost my video introduction with my logo. So, today, you won’t see my logo animation on the speed art video tutorial, but it is still me!
See you tomorrow for poster #356. Have a nice day!
