I wake up on time, but I felt like if my body was broken. Maybe because of yesterday’s basketball, it is time to have one day break with physical exercising. So, I decided to read something and after that, start to design the last poster of the mini-series Objective.
The Design
It was a kind of celebration about creating Objective 20, I am a bit tired of this style, and I want to create new things with my posters. It is the reason why I am glad to meet the end of this mini-series.
I like this “futuristic” style, and I also like the lasts poster I made. I decide to follow them up with today’s style. I made full use of the lines patterns with thin and thick lines that I repeat all over the canvas. They give depth and dynamism to the composition. It becomes visually more interesting. I also played with types more than usual. I enlarged a big letter “O” and duplicated it with smaller sizes around and inside other elements.
I have a good feeling while designing this poster, maybe because I knew it would be done today. Trust me, I am not in a hurry to start a new mini-series these next days, or until 2020.
Speed Art Poster #313
As a habit, I naturally record myself while working on today’s poster. That’s why you can take a look at the speed art video tutorial on my Youtube Channel — follow the video on the right of course!
Music Credit
I choose an agressive and oppresive hip-hop song made by Latashá.
